Meet your wheel builder.  Mike has been building wheels for over a decade.  His love for bikes started at an early age. He shares that as a child he would bike to his local bike shop and watch them work on bicycles. He later worked as a bicycle mechanic.  He continued to build his skills of all things bicycle and eventually managed a bike shop. All the while, he grew more and more a passion for creating and designing custom built wheels.

Custom built wheels can be lighter, stronger, and faster than your original stock wheels.  Lighter rims and spokes mean less rotational weight.  Which means you can spin up to speed faster.  Stronger means that hand built wheels are built to a much higher quality and standards than the stock machine built wheels that have cheap parts.  Even spoke tension, number of spokes, lacing pattern, quality of rim and hub are all factors that can be tuned to you. Because of lighter wheel components, your custom wheels will roll faster. All of these factors can improve your ride quality and make you a better cyclist.
